Transit Times Information

To be safe, it is a good idea to allow at least 1 extra day since transit time is an approximation based upon when the order arrives at the delivery service's sort facility (not when the order is placed). Various factors can affect actual delivery time from weather to sorting delays within the shipping service network.

More on International Shipping

Any duty fees or taxes imposed by the destination country will be the responsibility of the recipient.

For USPS shipments, tracking may only be available until the package reaches its final US stop (usually in Chicago) before it is transferred to an overseas flight. However, UPS shipments generally have ongoing tracking even after the package leaves the U.S.

International shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks, but it may take longer if there are customs delays or incoming bottlenecks due to COVID. The recipient may be required to pay customs fees or VAT determined by the destination country. For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, APOs, and FPOs via the postal service, U.S. rates apply unless there are size or weight restrictions.

Before processing your order, the gallery will contact you to approve any additional charges (excluding customs fees or VAT) or if there are any issues with shipping large prints outside the US.

*Oversize Orders TBD or Orders Possibly Requiring Freight

We understand that some orders may be too large to ship via regular UPS or FEDEX Ground, which may require oversized shipping or freight. If an order appears to be too large for Ground shipping and we are not able to provide a shipping rate at checkout, we'll let you know, and shipping charges will need to be determined after your order is placed. If you're uncertain about shipping charges and need a rough estimate, feel free to contact us with details of your order, and we'll work with you to come up with an approximate cost. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we'll do everything we can to make the shipping process as smooth and affordable as possible.
